The venture is seeking sponsorship from a commercial bank to operate as a licensed Third-Party Payment Provider, building the business on a compliance-first foundation from the outset.
Initial focus is a domestic rollout within South Africa, with a phased roadmap toward regional (SADC) and eventually continental expansion as the platform matures.
